Importing Mesh and creating geometry error

I'm going to make meshes for two structures through Creo, and I'm going to bring two meshes from COMSOL and proceed with the interpretation.

However, there is a problem here: "Failed to create domains. Imported mesh has interfacing elements." For this reason, the structure I brought into Geometry is not implemented, so it is impossible to select materials and physics, so the interpretation cannot proceed.

Can I get some help?

The two .stl files below are the structures I imported. These two files were created by setting the step size to 7.8mm when converting from Creo to stl file.
