Two phase CFD

Hi every body,

I'm trying to model displacement process of one fluid displacing the lighter one in an annular geometry. The fluids that I'm deal with non-Newtonian, and the study type is Time dependent. The erorr message that I always got is:

Solution cannot be updated. Clear Solution to expunge.
Wrong number of dofs in initial value.

Is there any Idea to overcome this problem!
