How to induce pertubations in wave guide placed on a Piezoelectric crystal?

Dear Ivar Kjelberg ,

How can i induce the deformations in a wave guide placed on piezo crystal in structural mechanics(piezo solid) multiphysics?

I would try either with a boundary load (force/pressure or via an electric excitation of the PZT, no ? Or have I missed something ?

Yes sir,
excitation of PZT through the electrodes, in the path excited surface waves i'll place the wave guide. The bottom of the wave guide will be in contact with the path, to induce the deformation of the path to the wave guide i should use boundary condition. Which constraint can be used ? Weather should i use continuity or prescribed displacement or any other condition.
