Eigenfrequency of statically deflected clamped-clamped beam

Dear All,

Could someone share detailed procedure as to how to find eigenfrequency of statically deflected clamped-clamped beam? This occurs in modeling of resonant beam pressure sensor.

Best regards,
Ashwin Simha.

Hi

if it's the stressed eigenfrequencies you are looking for, you need to load the beam, perform a stationary analysis, then store the solution, and use the stored solution as starting point for the eigenfrequency analysis.

You set this up in the solver sequence

Good luck
