Graphene's Adsorption -> Index of refraction

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

I am exploring the effect of adsorption of gas towards the material graphene or graphene oxide's effective index of refraction. I need to ask if there is a way for me to model the effects of adsorption on the material graphene's real and imaginary indices of refraction? Is it possible to model such a scenario using COMSOL Multiphysics? I need guidance regarding how to input flow into graphene then model how the adsorption affects the effective index?
