Issues finding area of highest stress

All I am trying to do is to add a mass on the surface and see where the area of greatest stress is. However, I have been unable to do this even after repeated attempts. No one that I can ask at my school so it has been a very frustrating process. Perhaps you all can see what it is I may be doing wrong. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the problem simulation. Thanks in advanced for your help everyone.
