Periodic Boundary Issue in Electromagnetic Waves Model

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi all,

I am using COMSOL 5.2a to model this COMSOL example of Pyramidal Absorbers for an Anechoic Chamber. However, the plotted result has a boundary issue as seen in the attached figure.

I followed the model procedure from COMSOL 5.4. I am guessing there is a difference physics between the older and newer version. I have attempted to solve by incorporating different methods, e.g. adding Diffraction orders, trying different type of periodicity, as well as port source, but no luck yet. I look forward to your suggestions.
