Hi.

In heat transfer module,

Do I have to choose the solver manually if I want to define the temperature dependent thermal conductivity k(T)??

, or the comsol solves it automatically??

Thank you for reading .

Hi

my advice, always use default settings as proposed by COMSOL first, then in case of doubt only, try others yourself ;)
If you look carefully most of the materials data in the COMSOL material DB are T or even T&p dependent

Good luck
